Reservation Policy

Grand Geneva Main Lodge

Room rates are confirmed at the time of reservation. For your convenience, a $35 resort fee is added to your bill per night. Resort fee includes: 

• Overnight valet parking
• On-resort transportation, including our Grand Trolley when available
• In-room coffee, safe and bottled water replenished daily
• Select experiences, including some guided activities and access to nature trails
• Fitness classes and access to a 10,000 sq. ft. fitness center and basketball court
• Sauna, steam room, whirlpool and select wellness amenities
• Wireless internet access
• Electric vehicle charging
• Concierge assistance for help making plans and reservations
• Anytime, anywhere mobile concierge texting service - message and data rates may apply

Check-in time is 4pm and check-out is at 11am. You must be 21 or older to reserve and stay in a guest room. A major credit card must be presented to check in. 

Rooms are subject to 8.5% state and local taxes.
